Amber Desist, our missionary with Mission Aviation
Fellowship in Indonesia,
is a graduate of the Moody Bible Institute's aviation program. Following
graduation, she undertook language study in Bandung and finished in Fall 2006. She then underwent specialized training on a
new aircraft in Sentani, Papua. Following
flight and maintenance training in the US and Canada, she was assigned to the province of Aceh
in Sumatra where she now serves as a
missionary pilot.
