“ 14 But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from
whom you learned it 15 and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred
writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus” (2 Tim.
3:14–15, ESV).
At New Hope Church, we believe the early years of a person’s life are extremely important in
building biblical character and a saving relationship with Christ. For this reason, our classes are
age-graded and specifically designed for the developmental stages of children. We seek to
provide Bible-based, Christian education and care, utilizing trained leaders, a clean and safe
environment, and a well-balanced curriculum. We share the gospel with children and minister to
them with an eye toward assisting them to one day grow into spiritually mature Christians, well-
integrated into the broader church.
On Sunday morning, children worship with their parents in the service, then at the sermon time
they are dismissed to their respective Sunday school classes. These joy-filled classes feature
an interactive setting with Bible teaching, fun activities, music, and even puppets!
In addition, New Hope Church also provides a weekly AWANA program. AWANA is a weekly
club for kids PreK-6th grade, both boys and girls with a strong emphasis on Bible memorization.
This well-staffed and highly effective ministry is filled with action-packed game time, a learning
handbook time, and plenty of opportunity for growth and achievement.
